We are a fitness and wellness studio featuring small group fitness classes, private training, health coaching, healthy living workshops and essential oil education classes

ARTMethod® – this one hour class teaches you to find, engage and maintain four key active resistance points in your body to better maintain proper body alignment and strength while in motion.

Pop Pilates – this one hour class is a combination of traditional mat Pilates and low impact cardio set to music to make your workout feel like a dance on the mat

Yoga/Pilates Fusion –  – a one hour class combining traditional mat Pilates and yoga to create a unique class focused on improving range of motion and flexibility, core strength, and balance

Mat Pilates – a traditional one hour Pilates class focused on developing your core strength and flexibility

Private Training – 30-minute sessions to target your fitness goals

Private Health Coaching – 30-minute sessions to focus on your wellness and lifestyle goals

Goal Setting Session – a 30-minute session focused on creating a realistic plan for your goals.

Healthy Living Workshops – forty-five minute workshops offered monthly on a variety of topics such as sleep, healthy habits, goal setting and more

Essential Oil make and take classes – learn about how to use essential oils safely and effectively with the option to make your own roller or spray to take with you


Gravity Yoga – a targeted mobility training. Gravity Yoga is a long-hold stretching practice designed specifically to increase mobility. It is a practice that is completely relaxed and passive so gravity does most of the work. It is meant to supplement other forms of exercise.


REAL LIFE HEALTH program – Are you frustrated with traditional advice, intimidated by the gym and tired of being told to give up your favorite foods? This is the program for you! Over the course of twelve weeks, we will focus on creating realistic lifestyle changes, both in a group and privately, to help you develop habits you can stick with! The program includes 2 group classes and coaching sessions and 1 private training and coaching session each week plus a private Facebook group for ongoing support.


BRIDAL BOOT CAMP – Want to look and feel your best for your next big event? Join this 12 week program which incorporates boot camp-style classes, yoga, Pilates, resistance training and more designed for the busy bride-to-be or anyone getting ready for a big event! With this program, you will attend classes 2-3 times per week plus make simple nutrition and lifestyle changes, so you will be ready for your big day while incorporating realistic advice that you will stick with long after the 12 weeks are over!
