Real Health for Life program – a six-week comprehensive program for very overweight and obese individuals that includes private and small group fitness training and health coaching

Pop Pilates fitness classes – a licensed program that combines traditional mat Pilates with low-impact cardio set to music to create a fun, full-body workout in 30- and 60-minute classes

Mat Pilates classes – 30- and 60-minute traditional mat Pilates

Strength, Balance and Flexibility classes – a 30-minute class that focuses on building strength and improving balance and flexibility

Private Training – 30-minute sessions to target your fitness goals

Private Health Coaching – 30-minute sessions to focus on your wellness goals

Small Group Health Coaching – one-hour sessions with a small group of people with similar wellness goals

Chair classes – 30-minute classes for senior citizens and those who have mobility or balance challenges

Wellness Workshops – one-hour workshops offered monthly on a variety of topics such as sleep, healthy habits, goal setting and more

Essential Oil make and take classes – learn about how to use essential oils and make your own roller or spray to take with you
