Brussels sprouts!

I haven’t always loved Brussels sprouts. In fact, I HATED them growing up and couldn’t bring myself to even TRY them as an adult until last fall! This is the recipe that changed my mind about them. And now, I am looking for new ways to use them! Give ’em a try!

 

Maple roasted Brussels sprouts

These are quick, easy and delicious!
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp or so of pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp or so of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim and quarter your Brussels sprouts
  2. Combine sprouts, garlic, salt, pepper, maple syrup and olive oil in a bowl and toss to coat sprouts
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet (I like lining it with parchment)
  4. Roast at 425 for 15 minutes
