Rice (or Quinoa) with broccoli bake

Enjoy this as leftovers from dinner or as a new meal using leftovers from your dinner!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
  • 1 or more cups broccoli, cooked
  • 1/2 cup whole milk, half and half or heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup or more of shredded cheddar cheese (freshly shredded tastes best)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, reserving some cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is browned and liquid is bubbly.
