Egg sandwich

This is a favorite in my house. We will eat this for lunch just as often as for breakfast!
Ingredients
  • 1 bagel or Kaiser roll
  • 1 egg
  • chili powder
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • mayo
  • brown sugar
  • tomato, sliced
  • green onion, if desired (we sometimes use French Fried onions!)
Instructions
  1. slice and toast bagel or roll
  2. cook egg in fry pan, over hard – break the yolk and sprinkle with chili powder before flipping over
  3. top egg with cheese and remove from heat
  4. spread a thin layer of mayo on your bagel or roll, sprinkle with brown sugar
  5. Assemble – add egg to bottom half of bagel or roll, top with tomato and green onion, then top half
  6. ENJOY!
